theMEDibar is a med spa at 78 S Middletown Rd, Suite #3 in Nanuet, New York, and medical weight loss is one line on a fairly long menu. It publishes no prices — not for the weight-loss programme, not for a consultation, not for anything. There is no pricing page, no membership and no package anywhere on the site.

Unknown, in every direction. The services page describes the weight-loss offering without a dollar figure, without a programme length and without a monthly cost. ## What is prescribed for weight loss?

The services page describes semaglutide and tirzepatide as "advanced GLP-1 medications." That is the whole of what is published about the programme — the two drug names and that framing. There is no dosing schedule, no visit cadence and no description of how a course runs from start to finish.

No biography gives a number of years in practice, and the site states no founding year, so how long the place has been running is not published.

## What else is on the menu?

Facials and Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, IV drips, lymphatic massage, eyebrow services, eyelash lift and tint, and injectables including Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Kybella and the dermal fillers Juvaderm and Sculptra. VIPeel and NAD+ are also named on the services page. Unlike several sites in this area, these are listed on a services page that actually renders rather than pulled from a navigation bar.

Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm. Monday and Sunday are by appointment only. One practical note if you are navigating the site yourself: the working contact page is at /contactus, with no hyphen and no trailing slash — the more obvious /contact/ address returns a 404.

## What the site doesn't answer

Across the home page, services page, about page and contact page, no insurance statement appears and no accepted-plan list is published, so whether any of this can be billed is unknown. There is no telehealth statement and no states are named. No service area is given, so the address is all you have to judge whether it is convenient. And the site describes no particular patient group as the one the weight-loss programme is aimed at.
