G Lab Aesthetics is a single-office aesthetics practice at 116 Elm St in Westfield, NJ, that also runs a medical weight-loss programme and testosterone therapy alongside the injectables and lasers. It describes what it does as "concierge aesthetic care in Westfield, NJ". The weight-loss side has no published price: the only weight-loss money on the site is a "Medical Weight-loss Program- 50% off first month" offer, with no base price behind it to take half off.

## What do they offer for weight?

Semaglutide and tirzepatide, both named on their own treatment pages. The service list also carries "Tirzepatide Weight Loss" as a programme name. Neither drug page publishes a monthly cost, and neither says whether the price of a month includes the medication itself — the distinction that usually decides what a GLP-1 programme really costs. Testosterone therapy is offered too, listed both as "Testosterone Therapy" and as a "Testosterone shots treatment", again with no price.

## What is actually priced?

The aesthetics work, and only the aesthetics work. The specials page publishes a tiered offer at $1,500 for one area, $2,000 for two areas (labelled "Save $1,000!") and $2,500 for three (labelled "Best Value!"), without stating which treatment the areas refer to. A Halo laser promo runs at $1,300 and Moxi laser at $650. Scarlett RF microneedling is $650 per session with an RN. An IV skin brightening vitamin infusion is a $100 add-on to any Jet Peel facial. Laser hair removal packages are advertised at up to 40% off, and there is $100 off any dermal filler when it is added during a Botox or Dysport appointment. All of those are promotional figures on the specials page rather than a standing price list, so they may not be what you are quoted later.

## Who works there?

Four people are named on the about page: Randi Carrozza, Lauren Shanker, Anthony Carrozza, MD, and Susan Rocca. Which of them prescribes the GLP-1 medications or the testosterone is not stated — none of the three treatment pages attaches a provider to the treatment. The about page mentions a career in aesthetic medicine spanning since 2007, a claim attached to a person rather than to the business.

## What did we not find?

No consultation fee. No cost for semaglutide, tirzepatide, or testosterone therapy. No opening hours on any page, including the about page and the homepage. Nothing about insurance, and nothing about telehealth or which states it might cover. A BHRT-for-women page, a payment plans page, and a loyalty rewards page all exist in the navigation and we did not open them, so financing terms in particular may be published somewhere we did not reach.
