Nine people are named on the about page. Three carry credentials: Arielle Fleischer, DNP, APN, FNP-BC; Anna Kryuchkova, MSN, APN, AGNP-C; and Gina DiCostanzo, APN. The others are named without credentials — Bella Vazzano, Victoria Malfatto, Lauren Gallo, Elana Levy, Molly Sweeney, and Chanel.
The page carries four separate experience claims — "Over 10 years of experience", "15 years of experience", "Nine years of experience", and "Over 30 years of experience" — presented in a way that does not let us attach each one to a named person.
No medical director or supervising physician is named anywhere on the about page, and nothing connects any named individual to the weight-loss programme. So the site does not tell you who would be prescribing or supervising.
## What else does the spa do?
The navigation lists IV hydration, Aquagold microinjections, cosmetic Botox injections, chemical peels, dermal fillers, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Kybella, Lumecca IPL, Morpheus8, Diolaze XL, and PRP injections. We captured those from the menu only and opened no page behind any of them, so we cannot tell you how any is delivered or priced.
## What we could not find
No opening hours are published on the home page, the medical weight loss page, or the about page. There is a contact page on the site that we did not open, and that is where hours would most likely be.
Neither the word insurance nor any billing statement appears on any of the three pages we read. No virtual-visit option is described. No service area is published, and nothing states who the programme is intended for.
