Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness is a medspa at 92 E Main St, Suite 201 in Somerville, New Jersey, one of seven Ethos offices in the state. It treats both sides of the business the same way: it publishes prices. Its weight and metabolic program costs $399 for the first visit and $150 a month after that. Injectables and facials are priced separately, by the unit and by the treatment.
## What does the weight loss program cost?
The Guided Metabolic+ Program charges $399 for the initial consultation, and that fee covers lab work and a personalised prescription plan. From there it is $150 a month, which buys InBody body composition scans, a fat burner injection, a provider check-in and prescription management. The program page says it uses authentic, FDA-approved medications and states outright that compounded alternatives are not used — worth knowing if you have been pricing compounded semaglutide elsewhere. The page never names the drug, though. Neither semaglutide nor tirzepatide nor any brand appears on it.
## What do Botox and fillers cost here?
The membership page prints a two-column rate card, non-member against member. Botox is $17 per unit for non-members and $13 per unit for members at either tier. Dysport is $5.75 per unit non-member and $4.50 for members. All fillers are $800 non-member, $725 at the Classic tier and $700 at the "Premier" tier. A DiamondGlow facial is $299 non-member and $199 for members. The Somerville menu also covers Juvederm, Restylane, microneedling, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, PRP hair restoration, exosomes, chemical peels and the Lutronic Clarity II laser.
## Is the membership actually a discount?
The two tiers run $99 and $149 a month, and both turn the monthly fee into bankable credit the page calls "Ethos Bucks". So the fee is not a pure access charge — it becomes money you spend at the clinic later, in addition to the lower member rates above. Do the arithmetic against how often you actually come in.
## Who works at the Somerville office?
The Somerville page names two nurse practitioners as staffing that location specifically, Rejane Signor and Thea Verile, along with esthetician Tatiana Bolanos. The practice-wide team page adds Dr. Hardik Soni, Dr. Monika Soni, Liz Vocaturo-Chelchowski, CNP, Krisie Kupryk, PA, Jesse Pannell, PA, Leanna Aronoff, PA, Marissa Laudati, PA-C, Kate Ceccarelli, Julianne Cumbers, Brianna Reed and Kaitlin Zompanti, without saying which office each one keeps. Somerville also lists a service area of Bridgewater, Raritan, Bound Brook, Branchburg and Hillsborough.
## What does the site not tell you?
Four things a caller would want. The Somerville office publishes no opening hours. There is no insurance statement anywhere, so assume you are paying out of pocket until they tell you otherwise. There is no mention of telehealth or of which states it would cover. And the weight-loss medication is never named. We checked the Somerville location page, the Guided Metabolic+ page, the membership page and the team page on 22 September 2026, and none of the four says how long the practice has been open either.
