1aesthetic is a surgeon-led practice operating from two addresses — 254 First Street in Hoboken and 1200 Avenue at Port Imperial in Weehawken — offering medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide. It is one business with two sites, not two clinics: they share a phone number, a booking system and a surgeon, and both towns appear in the same URL on essentially every service page. Neither drug carries a published price.

## What does it cost?

Not stated, for the treatments. Neither the semaglutide page nor the tirzepatide page carries a figure of any kind — no per-injection, per-month or per-programme cost — and there is no membership or package page. The payment policy page is where a consultation fee would normally live, and it does not state one.

## What charges are published?

Three, and all of them are administrative rather than treatment prices, but they are worth knowing before you book. There is a $50 charge for missed or broken appointments without notice. There is a 3% convenience charge on credit and debit card payments. And the payment policy page mentions a billing charge of "25% APR or a minimum of $300, whichever is greater" on delinquent accounts — a collections term, not a price, but a fairly firm one.

## What is the weight loss offering?

Semaglutide, published as Semaglutide (WEGOVY), and tirzepatide, each with its own page. Around them sit weight loss injections, a medical weight loss line, a wider weight loss and wellness category, and B12, D3 and glutathione shots. What the pages do not give you is the programme: no dose schedule, no programme length, no lab requirements, no statement of who is a candidate and who is not, and no named prescriber, injector, nurse or nurse practitioner anywhere on the site.

## Who runs it, and when is it open?

Dr. Taj Khan, FACS, is the named surgeon, described on the about page as having over 20 years of experience and having performed well over 50,000 procedures and surgeries. No other clinician is named.

Published hours are Tuesday 12 PM to 6 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM. Note what that leaves out: the contact page lists only those three days and does not say whether Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday are closed or simply unpublished. Confirm by phone rather than assuming either way.

## What is unknown?

We checked the home page, the semaglutide page, the tirzepatide page, the contact page, the about page and the payment policy page on 22 September 2026. We could not find the cost of the semaglutide or tirzepatide programme, the cost of a first visit or consultation, any mention of insurance anywhere including on the payment policy page, any telehealth offering or the states it might cover, the name of whoever prescribes the GLP-1 medication, or any account of how the programme works week to week.
