The treatment itself has no published price — the clinic's own FAQ asks "How Much Does GLP-1 Cost in Basking Ridge?" and answers that cost depends on several factors and that you get an estimate after your consultation.
## What will it cost?
No figure is published. The site says cost depends on your current weight, where you receive treatment and the total number of injections or tablets you need, and that a treatment estimate follows the consultation. There is a "$100 OFF" offer attached to the first month. For anything larger, the Financing menu points out to two third-party lenders, CareCredit and Cherry, rather than to any in-house payment plan.
## Which medication do they use, and how often?
Liraglutide is the only drug named anywhere on the weight loss page, and it gets its own section near the bottom, described as a daily injection. The page otherwise refers to "a variety of GLP-1 formulations" and says the clinic offers various GLP-1 medications without naming them. It also mentions tablets, but names no oral medication. So: one named drug, an unnamed remainder.
Injections once a week for at least twelve weeks is the clinic's stated recommendation for getting the most from treatment. Both in-office and take-home medication options are available depending on what suits you. The page separately promises "Meet with the doctor and get medication same day."
## What claims is the clinic making?
Strong ones, and they are worth reading as the clinic's own marketing. The weight loss page opens with "LOSE 15% OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT EFFORTLESSLY WITH GLP-1 MEDICATIONS" and calls these the "Strongest and safest weight loss injections available". The home page describes Thrive as "the trusted and leading provider for patients in Basking Ridge, NJ." None of that is sourced on the page to a study or a dataset.
## Who is on the team?
Four people are named on the about page: Amy Hildebrand, Michelle Herasme, FNP-BC, Alexis Cortese, PA-C, and Alice Espinal. No physician appears on that page at all and no medical director is named, which sits oddly against the weight loss page promising you will meet with the doctor. Worth asking who exactly will see you.
## When is it open, and what isn't published?
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Beyond weight loss, the menu covers IV therapy — the named drips are B-LEAN, IMMUNITY, GET UP & GO, BRAINSTORM and ALLEVIATE — plus neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, laser treatments and weight loss management. On 22 September 2026 we checked the weight loss page, the about page, the contact page and the home page and found no treatment price, no insurance statement of any kind, no telehealth offering or list of states, no name for the oral option, and no statement of how long Thrive Med Spa itself has been operating.
