## What is GENEVA Med?
GENEVA Med is a membership-based primary care and longevity clinic at 3275 North Point Parkway, Suite 204, Alpharetta, GA 30005. It combines regular primary care with hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, peptides, IV therapy, and aesthetics. It does not bill insurance. ## What does it cost?
GENEVA publishes three membership tiers, all billed monthly. Essential is $575 a month and includes bloodwork on 145-plus biomarkers once a year, physician visits, and a monthly B-12 injection. Performance is $1,250 a month with bloodwork twice a year. Superhuman is $2,095 a month with bloodwork four times a year. A minimum of three months of membership is required. Those are longevity and primary care tiers.
One thing to know before you call. The price for testosterone therapy is not published. The clinic says TRT is "offered as a transparent self pay service" and that the cost is discussed privately during a consultation. The consultation is described as complimentary, with no dollar fee stated. So the membership numbers above do not necessarily cover TRT; ask how TRT is billed on top of, or separate from, a membership.
## Who is it for?
This fits someone who wants ongoing primary care outside of insurance and is comfortable paying a monthly membership for it. The tiers scale by how often you want full bloodwork. Someone who only wants testosterone therapy, and not the membership, should ask whether that is even an option here and what it costs, since that price is handled privately.
