About LIFE*MOD

LIFE*MOD is a physician-led practice at 60 Columbus Drive, 2nd Floor, Jersey City, NJ 07302, with a second office at 85 Broad St, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10005. It combines sports medicine and orthopedics with weight management, peptide therapy, IV drips and immigration medical exams. It also does something most clinics here do not: it publishes a full price list.

## What does it cost?

The entry point is a $20 Blueprint Assessment, described as a basic overview of your health status with goals for each of the LIFE*MOD Four Pillars of Health. The full LIFE*MOD Program is $310, covering two visits and roughly two months with a health coach or nutritionist and a physician; after two months it is $120 a visit. A nutritional consult is $150 for two visits with a certified nutritionist, then $50 a visit. The LIFE*MOD Detox Program is $50 for a two-week programme including one visit. InBody analysis is $50. Peptide therapy is $280. Civitas Health Network is $70 a month with a 3-month commitment required.

## What do the procedures cost?

A sports medicine or orthopedic visit is $190 for the visit only — casting, injections or repair carry an additional cost. StemWave is $175. Customized orthotics are $190. A pre-participation sports physical is $100 and is valid for one year. USCIS immigration medical exams are $395. A travel health kit is $120. PRP for sports medicine is $700; PRP for facial rejuvenation is $500; PRP for hair regeneration is $1,200 for three treatments a month apart, with the consultation for that one stated as free. The four IV drips are priced individually: Revitalize $210, Repair $210, Rehydrate $190 and Recharge $190.

## What is the peptide therapy?

This is the weakest-documented service on an otherwise detailed site. The peptide therapy page explains what peptides are in general terms — short-chain amino acids naturally present in the body — and says the peptides are curated to carry out specific roles, but it names not one specific peptide or drug. At $280 you would be buying something the site does not identify.

## Who runs it, and when is it open?

Dr. Orlando V. Gonzalez M.D. is listed as founder and CEO and as an orthopedist and sports medicine and obesity medicine specialist, with over a decade in obesity medicine and weight management and over 20 years in healthcare. Sharon Mclean-Evans, Roseanna Petruzzelli and Joe Lisella are also named, without published credentials, so which of them are clinicians is not stated. Hours are Monday to Wednesday and Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Thursday 8:30AM to 7:00PM, closed weekends.

## What is unknown?

Checked on 22 September 2026: insurance is mentioned on none of the five pages, telemedicine on none of them, and there is no general new-patient or consultation fee — the only free-consult statement sits inside the PRP hair line. The single hours block appears to cover both the Jersey City and Manhattan sites, so confirm before travelling. Three further services appear in navigation with no page behind them: LIFE*MOD Concierge Medicine, Corporate Wellness and Regenerative Orthopedics.
