## What does it cost, and will insurance help?

Insurance is answered, but narrowly. The hormone replacement page states plainly: "We do not participate in insurance for this service at The Youth Fountain." That sentence is scoped to hormone replacement. No site-wide insurance policy is published, so whether weight loss or anything else is billable is not something the site settles.
## What treatments are on offer?
On the hormone side: Testosterone Therapy, Hormone Replacement, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Peptide Therapy. On the weight side: GLP-1 Injections, an HCG Weight Loss Plan, Lipotropic Injections and Prescription Weight Loss Medications. GLP-1 and HCG are the only medication categories named; no GLP-1 is identified by brand or generic name, and no individual peptide is named. The home page describes the practice as "Specializing in the best Liposuction, Dermal Fillers, Aesthetic Facial Injections, and Hair Transplantation in Freehold and Monmouth County, New Jersey" — the practice's own wording for its aesthetic focus.
## Who would you see?
Dr. Shakov is the only person named, and that name appears on the medical weight loss page. No letters follow it on any page we could reach, so credentials are not something we can report. This is partly a crawl problem worth knowing about: the paths /about/, /about-us/ and /peptide-therapy/ all returned 404, which means there is no team page to read and no peptide page listing which peptides are actually prescribed.
## Hours and what else is missing
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Checking the home page, the medical weight loss page, the hormone replacement page and the testosterone therapy page on 22 September 2026, we found no telehealth statement of any kind, so there is no indication of virtual visits or which states they might cover. There is no statement of who the programme is for, and no step-by-step description of how the weight loss or hormone process runs from first appointment to prescription. Those are questions for the first call.
