## What does it cost?
No figure appears anywhere, on any page, including the dedicated financing page. That page contains a heading, a Cherry financing logo, the standard footer, and nothing else: no plan terms, no APR, no deposit, no program cost, no worked example. Every other page ends the same way, by asking you to call and schedule a consultation, without saying what the consultation costs. There is no insurance statement either.
## What is in the weight loss program?
Semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, with guidance from a nutritional coach and ongoing support through the program. The practice describes the program as customised, offered to men and women across New Jersey and the surrounding areas of Morris and Monmouth Counties. No brand or compounding pharmacy is named for either drug.
## What makes this different from a weight-loss clinic?
The longevity side. Alongside semaglutide and tirzepatide, the practice publishes dedicated service pages for three drugs that belong to longevity medicine rather than weight loss or hormones: acarbose, rapamycin and SGLT2 inhibitors. It also offers Galleri cancer screening and Prenuvo whole body MRI scans. The all-services page describes an "all inclusive" Healthy Aging Program that includes a consultation and a full year of physician access by email, text and phone — the site's phrasing is that it is the equivalent of having a personal anti-aging physician on hand at all times — and prices none of it.
The rest of the menu runs to bioidentical hormones, testosterone therapy, platelet rich plasma in several forms including PRP for hair restoration, PRP facelift, PRP breast lift and the PRP Orgasm Shot, plus GAINSWave, the P-Shot, EMSculpt, IV therapy, Botox, Juvederm, fillers and microneedling.
## Who works there?
Dr. Johanan Rand is the founder and the only physician named on the site, described as trained at Albert Einstein Medical Center in N.Y. and practising peer-review evidence-based medicine only. The about page repeatedly uses the plural — "physicians that are leaders", "many of the physicians are trained" — but names exactly one. The rest of the roster is Maureen Voccola, BSN, RN MSN FNP, Alexa Kash, BA, MSN, RN, MSN, Ashley Gabel, Kim Jorge, Priscilla Incle, Elyse Rivas, Sophia Smarra, Natali Todeska and Dave Wolf. The home page claims the practice "has been a cornerstone of men's health in New Jersey for over 20 years"; the about page carries no founding date at all.
## When is it open, and what's missing?
Open Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, closed Saturday and Sunday. The published service area is long and spans two counties, from Morristown, Madison, Florham Park, Denville, Randolph and Parsippany-Troy Hills down through Red Bank, Freehold, Middletown, Holmdel, Colts Neck and Belmar. On 22 September 2026 we checked the weight loss page, the all-services page, the financing page, the about page and the home page: no price, no consultation fee, no insurance statement, no telehealth offering or states, and no named brand or compounded formulation for the GLP-1 medications.
