## Who is this clinic for?
First responders and union members, explicitly. The practice describes its physicians as specialising in "early detection, prevention, and personalized care for police, fire, EMS, municipal workers, labor unions, and their families." The TRT page is written entirely for that reader, with sections on shift work, on physical job demands, and on confidentiality being "essential for career protection". If that is your situation, the framing will fit. If it is not, you are reading someone else's brochure.
## What does TRT cost?
Unknown. There is no price on any page and no pricing or membership section in the navigation. There is also no insurance statement, which is a live question here — union health plans are the obvious way someone in this audience would pay, and the site never addresses them. The Partnerships page in the navigation may cover it; we did not open it.
## How does the TRT program work, and what else do they offer?
The page describes diagnostic testing with blood panels and symptom assessments, then a treatment protocol tailored to your needs and lifestyle demands, then ongoing monitoring and adjustment. Delivery can be by injection, gel, patch or pellet. Lifestyle counselling is included alongside the medication, and appointment times are described as flexible to fit shift schedules. No testosterone product, ester, dose or ancillary medication is named anywhere on the page.
Diagnostics, mostly, which is the other half of the name. The menu covers cardiovascular health and pulmonary assessments, neurological testing, vision and auditory exams, sleep studies, complete metabolic assessment and optimisation, allergy testing, personalised IV therapy, vein treatment and pain management. Both offices keep the same hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed Sunday. A Saturday morning is useful for anyone working rotating shifts.
## Who are the clinicians?
Nobody is named. The About Us page claims "board-certified and highly trained physicians" and the footer of every page repeats "board-certified physicians", but that page names no one, there is no team or providers page in the navigation, and no physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant appears on any of the four pages we opened. For a service where you want to know who is managing your bloodwork, that is a real gap.
One more thing worth flagging: the site's footer index reveals a set of town-variant landing pages the main navigation does not show — testosterone therapy pages for Paterson, Totowa, Wayne and Hackensack, plus matching cardiovascular and pulmonary variants. There are only two actual offices, and the home page says so under the heading "Two Convenient Office Locations".
## What couldn't we find?
On 22 September 2026, across the TRT page, the contact page, the About Us page and the home page: no price, no named clinician, no insurance or union-plan statement, no telehealth offering or list of states, no named testosterone product, and no statement of how long the practice has been open. An "Areas We Serve" page is linked from the footer; we did not reach it.
