## Who works there?

Eight clinicians are named, which is far more than most practices of this size publish. Vladimir Berkovich, MD, has been practising medicine since 1998. Shannon Rittberg, DO, brings over 15 years of experience in family medicine. Thomas DeBlasio, MD, has been in practice since 2001. Martin E. Manzo, DC, CCSP, has been practising chiropractic on the Jersey shore since 1987. Bryan Frank, PA-C, has over 26 years of experience. Rounding out the team: Tracey E. Capell, MS, CNS in nutrition, and Kristen Creed, MS, LPC, ACS and Sarah Peace, LPC on the mental health side.

## What do they treat?

The functional medicine page lists a wide span of conditions and services: Allergy, Asthma, Headaches, Heart Disease, Lungs & Breathing, Nervous System, Sleep & Fatigue, Autoimmune Diseases, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes, and Weight Management. Alongside those sit Injections, Nutrient Infusion and Primary Care. The musculoskeletal half covers Disc Treatment, EPAT®, Foot Orthotics, Muscles & Joints, and Spine & Extremities.

A further set appears only in the home page Services dropdown, with no page behind it that we could open: Chiropractic, Clinical Nutrition, Diagnostic Testing, Medicine, Mental Health Services, Nutritional Supplementation, Medicare Wellness and Same Day Medical Care. Same Day Medical Care and Medicare Wellness are worth confirming by phone if either is why you are looking.

## Do they do hormone therapy or weight-loss drugs?

Not that the site will confirm. Weight Management is listed as a service, but no medication is named anywhere — no GLP-1, no hormone, no testosterone. We tried the most likely hormone replacement path on the site and it returned nothing about HRT. So if you came looking for semaglutide or TRT specifically, this practice does not advertise either, and you would need to ask directly.

## When are they open?

Monday 9:00am to 7:00pm. Tuesday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Wednesday 9:00am to 6:00pm. Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm. Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Two evenings a week run to seven.

## What they don't publish

We read the home page, the functional medicine page, the team page, the FAQ and the contact page on 22 September 2026. No price appears on any of them. The FAQ says nothing about insurance either, which is a notable silence for a practice offering primary care and Medicare wellness visits — most people would want that answered before booking. No telehealth statement appears. No service area is published beyond the single Wall Township address. And no page states who the programme is for or how a first visit is structured.
