So you can budget the first month exactly and not the second.

## Does it take insurance?
No, and the reasoning is published: "Due to the length of time spent with each patient, individualized approach to care, continuing education, and training required to offer this specialized service, we do not accept insurance for any consultation or follow-up appointment fees."
Worth knowing: the same programme's intake instructions separately ask patients to send a copy of an insurance card, which sits oddly beside that sentence. Ask what the card is used for before you send it.
## What do they prescribe, and how do follow-ups work?
LH Lean uses semaglutide and tirzepatide. A second programme, LH Lifestyle, covers peptide and hormone therapy, and insulin and oxytocin are named on that page. No individual peptide is named anywhere, despite the service being called "LH Lifestyle | Peptides", so you cannot tell from the site what the peptide menu actually contains.
Follow-ups are monthly, and they can be remote. The LH Lifestyle page states: "You will meet with an APN in-person or via telehealth on a monthly basis to discuss dosing, symptoms, progress, and treatment recommendations." No states are listed for the telehealth option, and the page does not say whether the initial consultation may be virtual.
## Who would you see?
The about page names seventeen people. Dr. Olson is listed as Medical Director and Suzette Zuena as Founder/Visionary; the rest are named without roles or credentials. No page connects a named individual to LH Lean prescribing — the programme page refers to an APN, to Nurse Practitioners, and to an RN generically.
## What we could not find
No opening hours are published on the home page or any inner page we opened, though there is a locations page we did not open. No service area is stated for either office. The wider service menu — IV Fusion, vitamin injections, hair restoration, injectables, facials, peels, lasers, Morpheus8 and more — was captured from site navigation only, with no page opened behind it.
